Cotton Candy is a required element in the second part of the "Love is in the Air" quest in FarmVille.
Along with harvesting 200 Strawberries and 3 valentines from the Cupid's Castle, you need 6 sticks of Cotton Candy to complete this part of the quest. You can request them from friends, or buy off the requirement for 10 cash.
