Hot Air Balloons were a special decoration in FarmVille to commemorate having 1 million fans and becoming the number one application on Facebook. For one weekend in 2009, they were sold at 10 coins each, with no limit on purchases. This was called the 1 Million Fans Event. The Hot Air Balloon is no longer available to farmers. They use a land tile the size of one patch, but are one of the tallest items in FarmVille.
They have been re-released in the Mystery Gift.
