The Haunted Mansion is a stationary building on the Haunted Hollow Farm. It can be harvested for items every 23 hours. It can be upgraded in 7 stages. It cannot be moved, sold or deleted.
Haunted Mansion is similar to the previous Mountain Palace and Imperial Shipyard. You have to build it using the following materials: 
Cobweb, 
Deadwood and 
Old Fence.
