The Icy Blue Pegasus is an animal available on FarmVille.
It was originally released on the December 17th, 2011 as part of the Winter Holiday Event (2011), a rare prize of the 81st Mystery Game.
Breeding

The Icy Blue Pegasus can be placed in the Horse Stable and Horse Paddock.
The Icy Blue Pegasus with any Stallion in the Horse Stable produces Brown Foals.
When harvesting a Horse Paddock containing at least one Icy Blue Pegasus, it is possible to find two foals. One Icy Blue Pegasus Foal is placed in the player's gift box and the other is shared to the player's wall.
