Story of Sakura is an extension of FarmVille and is the 31st Farm, excluding the expansion farms and mini farms. It was released as part of the Story of Sakura (event). It stated its early access on March 14th, 2016 for players who are willing to pay Cash-icon 45 cash. It was released for free to all players on March 21st, 2016. You needed to be at experience level 15 or above to use this farm.


New Plot type - Zen Edit

The Story of Sakura will introduce a fourth (4th) plot type for growing crops; called the Zen plots.  This plot type will be different from the Land plots, Water plots and Terrace plots (found only on the Jade Falls farm) that we have been used on previous farms.

Early Access Edit

Story of Sakura is the first (1st) farm to be release in four (4) parts called Regions, each having their own early access date and items.

  1. The first (1st) region, Story of Sakura-R1-icon Plateau of Patience, will have early access on March 14, 2016 and General Access on March 21, 2016
  2. The second (2st) region, Story of Sakura-R2-icon River of Balance, will have early access on March 28, 2016 and General Access on April 04, 2016
  3. The third (3st) region, Story of Sakura-R3-icon Mountain of Strength, will have early access on April 18, 2016 and General Access on April 24, 2016
  4. The fourth (4st) region, Story of Sakura-R4-icon Zen Valley, will have early access on May 16, 2016 and General Access on May 23, 2016

You can only purchase early access before the first region is released!  If you buy early access for the first region then you will get the other three (3) regions included at no additional charge.

You can not purchase the second, third nor the fourth regions early access once the first region goes into free access.

With early access you will get:

  1. Story of Sakura market items (all four regions)
  2. Access to exclusive Story of Sakura quests & rewards (all four regions)
  3. Access to the following Regional items:

Sakura Point

Sakura Points are the new experience system for Story of Sakura. These are similar to the Spook Point system in Haunted Hollow, Zen Point system in Jade Falls, Cheer Point system in Mistletoe Lane and Fairy Point system in Enchanted Glen. Similarly, you have to get started at Level 1 once again.


How to gain Sakura Points Edit

You can earn these Sakura Points in a number of fun ways:

  1. Planting/harvesting Story of Sakura crops/seeds
  2. Discovering the Hidden Treasures
  3. Upgrading the Judo Dojo (stationary building)
  4. Leveling up your Zen Garden House
  5. Crafting in the following:
    1. Inzanami Haven (Region 1 - Self Contained crafting building for Regions 1 and 2)
    2. Inzanami Shelter (Region 3 - Self Contained crafting building for Regions 3 and 4)

As with previous expansions, all players will start out as Level 1 in Story of Sakura, regardless of your level on your Home Farm or other expansions.

Beat Story of Sakura Edit

There will not be a 'Beat Story of Sakura' quest.
  1. FarmVille has decided to discontinue the 'Beat quest' line, in order to obtain the Shipping license for this farm and all future farms.
  2. FarmVille has replaced the 'Beat quest' line with the 'Relic Quests' line, in order to obtain the shipping license for this farm and all future farms.
