It was originally released on the November 9th, 2011 as part of the Fairy Hollow Event, available for purchase from the Market for  12 cash and  1,200 XP gain.

The Troll Gnome can be placed on the farm, or can be stored in either the Gnome Garden or the Storage Cellar.
