The Wild Turkey was released at the same time as the Autumn Event.
On November 1, 2010 it was available as a free gifting item for a short period, and again on November 25, 2010.
Lost Animal[]

Wild Turkeys were available for adoption via Lost Animal that wandered onto farms.

Farmers had the option to help the animal or send it away. By helping it, it became available for a farmer's neighbors to adopt.
The Wild Turkey is also a reward for completion of a Common Orange Aviary Egg.

The Wild Turkey can be stored in the Aviary. The Aviary can be harvested every 1 day. When harvesting the Aviary containing at least one Wild Turkey, in addition to currency, it is possible to find a(n) Common Orange Aviary Egg or Animal Feed.
Turkey Roost

The Wild Turkey can be stored in the Turkey Roost. The Turkey Roost can be harvested every 1 day for a chance to get either a Baby Turkey or a Fruit Cake to share.
