The Winter Holiday Event (2010) is an event occurring in FarmVille. It began on November 24th, 2010. During the event, a number of Winter items were released. Also, some items were re-released from the past Winter Holiday Event from 2009.
Besides themed items, the Holiday Tree is released as part of this event. The objective is to collect as many Holiday Gifts as possible, which can be traded in for exclusive Winter Holiday items.

Missions Edit

This event marked the beginning of missions in FarmVille. The first mission was 'Tis The Season, which made use of the Holiday Tree and the second mission was Under Construction which made use of the Winter Workshop. Zing the Elf was the guide for these missions.

Activities featured in the Winter Holiday Event Edit

The Winter Holiday Event (2010) features several activities. Among them is the Snowball fight and Snowman building in which a farmer must collect items from neighbors as well as throw snow at neighbors which neighbors throw back in order to grow the Snowman. Additionally there is the Holiday Tree for which farmers collect gifts from neighbors, buy gifts, harvest gifts from their Winter Workshop, or collect gifts from the News Feed to redeem for items like the Snow Stallion, Arctic Fox, Sneezy Sheep, Winter Whimsy and Ice Cube as well as other items ranging from decorations to animals.
